Here are some helpful notes for those of you who are considering acquiring the professional designation of CTC after your graduation.
The TICO exam is mandatory for travel counsellors who want to sell/advise travel on behalf of a registered Ontario travel agency, whereas the the CTC designation is not.
However, having the CTC designation is most definitely an asset as it validates your credentials and differentiates you from other agents.
